several of my friends are teachers. they occasionally share anecdotes and notes from their classrooms. i'll share these with you.
the following note was written by a middle schooler's mother, explaining her daughter's absence:
"Please excuse ____
for not coming to school
13, 14 december she had
bomet and thats why
she didn't go. thank you.
If you have any Questions
call _____"
a near miss. spelling and grammar are mostly correct, the handwriting is entirely legible. but "she had bomet"?

She meant "Baphomet". Her daughter is possessed.
hahahahahah :D
keep it up, cant wait for next update
ho ya thats legit; You never had "Bomot"? its really difficult :)
She meant "bonnet". Her daughter was trapped in the late 19th century for those two days.
For those of you that don't know a bomot is a combination of a bog and a moat. It was used in Middle Age societies to repel invaders and supply a large amount of pitch to burn enemies with. It is perhaps the most common of these defenses.
How a middle schooler managed to contract a bog-moat in her is very difficult to understand. Perhaps a follow up post or a dissection is in order?
haha, I'd give her 1 internet for effort!
Her daughter had to Bomb it. She was obviously too busy playing Bomberman to show up for school.
what's a bomet?

Well at least it was kinda in English(not that there's anything wrong with it being in not-English)
